I also reflect on my experience navigating diverse industries and cultures across Asia, including China, India, and the broader Asia Pacific region. Additionally, I discuss my role as a board member at the Indian-listed company CARYSIL, which exports to Europe, the US, and the UK, and how the company’s Indian management is progressive in its approach. We discuss the challenges women face in reaching board-level positions and explore ways we can better support and empower more women to join boards.
