She holds a Master of Science from The Technical University of Denmark.
Being a recognized expert in partnering efficiently with different corporate stakeholders and business units at global scale, she has obtained tangible results with advocating ESG strategies and especially with nail pointing the importance of DEI in organizations.
As a workplace consultant she has been designing and planning DEI workshops and courses with focus on gender, age and race diversity and people retention aiming on financial performance especially in India within global organizations in collaboration with local employees,
She is bringing over 20 years of experience in India, Asia Pacific and Europe in driving process optimization and innovation in international corporations across multiple industries, such as pharmaceutical, hospitality and technology.
What we do
Silverspoon Consultancy is a provider of high-quality DEI training. We focus on cross-cultural training and the well-being of employees with the goal of increasing their retention in global companies with focus on Asian markets.
We help the organizations to create an organizational environment that is truly inclusive for all. We work collaboratively to develop D&I strategies which is directly linked to the organization ESG strategy, conduct facilitated workshops to nurture inclusive mindsets in the talent of the organization and help to integrate the social aspect in the ESG strategy into the organizational functions.
We bridge cultural gaps by introducing cultural intelligence (CQ), including workshops on general cultural awareness in organizations and country- specific cross-cultural training. Basically, we help employees and managers in global companies to succeed and profit from their international activities .
